ITINERARY COORDINATION
A customized itinerary can be coordinated and developed for your group tour.  The Tyler CVB can help with hotel arrangements, restaurants and even attractions.  We can help with timing of your tour so it will run smoothly.

STEP-ON GUIDE
The Tyler Convention and Visitors Bureau and Historic Tyler both have professional guides available for a minimal cost.  Advanced reservations are required for step-on guide services. Click here to download a copy of the step-on guide request form in PDF format.

PROMOTION MATERIAL

Tour Brochure/Shells Color professionally printed pieces are available to you so that you may customize them with little or no cost.

Brochures Tyler CVB will provide to you brochures of attractions, hotels and other places of interest that your group will be visiting. Advance notice is required.

Stick-On Roses The Tyler CVB offers small embroidery roses for each of your guests.

Miniature Rose Bushes For tours staying over night in Tyler, the Tyler CVB will have the hotel place a complimentary miniature rose bush for each guest in their room.
